We ask that you please read and understand the following policies in full prior to receiving treatments or services from us.

By booking an appointment with us and receiving services from us, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these policies and agree to be bound the terms and conditions below. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns regarding these policies.

We reserve the right to update these policies at any time, in our sole discretion, and without notice.

Personal Property & Valuables Policy

You are responsible for your own personal property and valuables during your visit. We recommend that you leave expensive items, such as handbags, wallets, jewelry, watches, and large sums of money, at home. If you must bring these items, please keep them with you at all times or use the secure storage options provided by our facility. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings left unattended while at our facility.

No Children Policy

For the comfort and safety of all our clients, we have a strict no-children policy at our facility. We strive to create a relaxing environment and having children on the premises can disrupt this atmosphere. Additionally, our facility contains equipment and products that may not be safe for children. We kindly request that you make arrangements for childcare prior to your appointment.

No Pets Policy

For the comfort and safety of all our clients, we have a strict no-pets policy at our facility. This helps us maintain a clean, relaxing, and allergen-free environment for all guests. We ask that you leave your pets at home or make other arrangements during your visit as they will not be allowed to enter our facility. However, we do make an exception to this policy for service animals as required by law. If you have a service animal, please inform us when scheduling your appointment so we can accommodate your needs appropriately.

Health And Wellness Policy

Prior to receiving any treatment or service from us, we kindly ask that you inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that you have that could affect your service. This includes any recent illnesses or symptoms that may pose a risk to others.

For the safety of all clients and staff, we request that clients reschedule their appointment if they are feeling unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness. We will gladly accommodate a rescheduled appointment without penalty if notified in advance.

Our staff members are required to stay home if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness. If your stylist is sick and cannot make your appointment, we will let you know as far in advance as possible and will reschedule you at another day and time.

We take this policy seriously to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Alcohol, Drug, And Smoking Policy

We are a smoke, drug, and alcohol-free facility.  The following are strictly prohibited while at our premises:

  • Smoking of any kind, including, without limitation, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages
  • Use of recreational or illicit Drugs

If you are found to engage in any of the above behavior, then you will be asked to leave our facility and your appointment will be considered a missed appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who has any condition or exhibits any behavior that poses or may pose a threat to the health or safety of themselves or others.

Noise & Cell Phone Policy

In an effort to ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment for all guests, we ask that you keep cell phone use to a minimum.  This means no loud volumes or loud conversations.  Speaker phone conversations and playing loud videos or recordings on your cell phone is not permitted.  Please be respectful of other guests while using our facilities.  If you are creating excessive noise or otherwise creating a disruptive environment, then you will be asked to leave and your appointment will be considered a missed appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Taking photographs, videos, audio recordings, or live streaming while at our facility is strictly prohibited. If you are found doing this in areas where other guests are present, then you will be asked to leave and your appointment will be considered a missed appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy..  We ask that you please respect the privacy of other guests at all times. If you wish to take photographs or videos while at our facilities or while receiving treatment for social media purposes, then you must first obtain our consent to do so.
